About Lavelle Joinery
A family business, established since 2008.
Peter and Jennie both grew up in carpentry families in North Yorkshire and now live in the beautiful village of Raskelf just near Easingwold, York with their family and Labrador Dora.
Peter started his joinery career in the theater making sets for shows at York Theater Royal and Colchester Theater before joining a local joinery firm in North Yorkshire gaining skills and expertise in manufacturing outstanding bespoke joinery.
Peter has expert knowledge in traditional joinery and carpentry, CNC work, Accoya trained and an approved Accoya manufacturer and has an eye for detail and perfection ensuring every project leaves the workshop perfect.
Jennie ensures Lavelle Joinery runs smoothly and efficiently and is crucial to Lavelle Joinery’s development while overseeing the office administration and liaising with clients to deliver the best customer service.
The workshop nestles in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and Peter and Jennie are extremely proud of their outstanding reputation, established and successful family run joinery business here in North Yorkshire.

Lavelle Joinery is an approved Accoya manufacturer and trained in Arnhem in The Netherlands. Renowned for its durability, stability and sustainability.
It’s exceptional resistance to moisture and decay makes it the perfect choice for long lasting joinery.
Paint spray finish
We use an approved sprayer certified by industry leaders Teknos and AnkerStuy.
The 3 coat system allows the timber to breath, is weather resistant and produces the perfect, long lasting finish.
All our paint finishers are made up of a 3 coating system. 1 base coat and 2 topcoats. We offer an endless choice of colours and finishes including prime only, full paint finish and stain.
